Worst hotel experience ever Absolutely nothing. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling, the bathroom sink had ants inside it as well as on the dresser, my bed had human hairs in the sheets and a stain on the comforter and my friends bed had a huge stain on the mattress itself. We left the property and requested a refund due to the unsafe environment. Decent price for a cheap room The photos are misleading. The room looks and smells like a motel 6. I had two rooms and one TV did not work. It's okay for the price but I would not stay here again. I liked that Denny's was across the street.

Sufficient The keys didn’t work, the front desk worker tried very hard to fix and help us but we had to get her every time we needed to recenter the room. The bathroom was tiny and the vanity was open to the room. Off of the freeway

Place needs a lot of maintenance and repairs First room no hot water, broken/loose toilet seat, sink extremely slow draining plus no stopper at all in the sink. TV remote missing the back batteries falling out no open outlets to charge devices with unplugging lights or clock . Elevators do not work . Paper thin bedspread over set of sheets as bedding . Dead bolt on door was snapped off /missing. Location

I want my full return money back. Everything I paid for I could’ve dealt with the fact of how the room looked, but due t Got charging extra hundred dollars for smoking fee when we don’t smoke laundry room is broken. Had to drive 15 minutes from the motel just to do laundry now we’re sitting here waiting for it to get done when we could be at the waterpark having fun also took numerous pictures of the room that we got charged $75 for a room deposit. Awful There were stains on every sheet, blanket, bath mat and some pillow cases. It was disgusting. There was visible mold in the bathroom and it could also be smelled in the closet.

HORRIBLE! THIEVES!! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! This place is a complete disaster! No hot water, sink would not drain, filthy inside and outside everywhere. Door to bathroom would not close. Staff charged our credit card the $75 plus another $25. When we called they hung up on us 3 times and put us on hold twice without picking up the phone. When we tried to file a complaint with the BBB, they are not accredited!! The main headquarters phone number has been disconnected!!
