Terrible. A compensation should be considered. The facility! The Staff! No maidservice 24 hours notice for clean towels No in room phone that works A toilet that ran all night No bath mat in a slippery tub No linen change. When I asked for towels I was told only 2 to a room and only every 24 hours. ( there were three of us in the room) The pictures of the facility must be very old they do not represent the current view. We ran out of toilet paper and had to buy our own. In its entirety. Overall stay was fine. Great location and good value. Hotel is pretty run down. Bathroom in lobby was disgustingly gross. Overall cleanliness of the premises was bad… Room, except the floors was decent. Beds were very comfortable so we slept great

Bad Leaking shower, mold all over bathroom. TV was broken and facilities were barely holding together. They kept the Libby in decent shape but the rest of the hotel was just falling apart. Horrible experience.

Still trying to reach a resalution on the charges that were not authorized We has several charges that are not ours. The lady that checked us in was very rude and unknowledgeable about company policy.
