worst stay ever, staff didn’t care, asked for a refund, but no manager available to follow-through. rundown, phone did not work, smelled like smoke, shower water wouldn’t turn off, hairdryer fell off the wall, neighborhood felt unsafe, staff were apathetic and did not fix the things they said they would. nothing

Horrible vacation. All of it was a horrible experience the first room we went to had a smell of cat pee Dirty, lights had lightbulbs that were out and mold in shower. Visible dirty spots on bed.

Only a cockroach would stay there! Front desk charged my credit card although the room had already been paid for months in advance. The exterior was in disrepair and there was trash everywhere. The room was filthy! I wouldn't even sit on the bedspread. We did not stay, we left immediately. When you reserve a room at a La Quinta Inn, you expect an average hotel room and you expect it to be clean. It was well below average and disgustingly dirty! Nothing

Disappointing The bathroom sink was unusable, with the drain stopper broken and stuck in the down position. The shower had no temperature regulation, going from ice cold to burning hot with hardly touching the knobs.
