I was disgusted at how dirty the room was bt not because of room service bt because the condition of the facility itself The sheets were incredible dirty with stains and burn holes. The room had an awful smell with a leak in the roof of the bathroom so that when anyone flushed above the water would hit whoever was using the bathroom at the time because the toilet seat was directly under. Bad I checked in was skepticism at was directed to my room the locks were busted off of the door and the place was absolutely filthy the area where they serve breakfast was disgusting period and the pool was shut down and it was green I did not check it in I went back to the office and asked for a refund and told them that there's no way that I could stay there because it was too filthy Nothing
Bad Everything the location the old building the lifts the rooms no hot water omg hell of a night Worst I don't wanna waste my time to describe but it's not livable
Disappointing
Would not recommend. Location wasn’t great. The clientele or assumed customers were not very inviting. Seeing these individuals quickly gave us bad vibes about the entire hotel/motel. Nothing.
Poor The room smelled of urine. They had ants in the room and there was a blood strain on the comforter. The staff was friendly and understanding
Bad The dirtiest La Quinta I have stayed at and the pool wasn't even open yet. Close to Red rocks
Disappointing REPAIRS. PAINT. CLEANING. PAINTING. NEW CARPET. NEW TOWELS. REPAIR TOILETS. FIX LIGHT FIXTURES. Bad. Empty early. Left empty for long time. Not clean area. Coffee was good. And girl at front desk was great and helped with broken lights.
