Mold exist in their rooms. The room we stayed in; there was mold on the ceiling above the shower (you could literally smell the mold), the shower floor was stained and gross it looked like it had never gotten clean, the sheets were stained. The room reeked of cigarettes and when you turned on the microwave the light would go out. They were short staffed but the staff available were doing their best and I appreciated that.
The place was a bit run down. Staff was limited. Breakfast was disappointing. Only one waffle maker not working very well. No other options except for some apples. Coffee was limited.
It was a bed to sleep in for one night however we will never go back . Room and bathroom was dirty. There were ants and my husband is deathly allergic to ant bites. There were ants. There was hair in the bathroom, shower and on floor. There was NO hot water. We had to take cold showers and the staff had no authority to call the manager due to the boiler being out. There were many unhappy customers and lots of complaints. Location

Mauvais séjour. Sale et très cher !! Tout ! Lieu ( juste à côté de l’autoroute !! Trop bruyant ! Our stay was absolutely terrible! The staff were rude and tried to enter the room when we said no. It was absolutely disgusting it was so dirty
Run I found an 8" knife laying on the air conditioner, rolled up black gloves and a can of mountain dew. The beds were stain ridden and there were crumbs everywhere. The walls had holes, missing Sheetrock, and dirty. Front desk help was rude and didn't care about my complaints. Nothing. It needs to be completely demolished. Horrible. I checked in, walked to my room, found it filthy, along with what could have been murder weapons for all I know.
