Unclean and Ill-prepared for guests with the water heater out. The entire place read the first prompt. Hot water did not work and the bed had a cigerrette burn hole in it. Nothing was nice at this place. Will be canceling our return

Overwhelmingly disturbing and disgusting Absolutely everything was terrible this location should be shut down. Nothing room was disgusting. Bed bugs, blood stains, bad smell, chunks of food on the floor, hair everywhere gross blankets and sheets. I walked in and walked right out.
Just shut down and renovate ! Linen, rugs, walls, toilets, tubs , and towels were all filthy. Tv, cable, and WiFi were not working. They change my room 3 times then gave me and upgrade and the upgrade was worst than the regular rooms. It was crackheads running wild throughout the facility. Everything stank. Not one thing. It was disgusting and sincerely needs to be shut down. I did a room change three times before I just got a refund.
Not a good place to stay anymore. The facilities are run down now, and not very clean. The continental breakfast isn't really available anymore. I was able to get two hard boiled eggs and a cup of coffee. But, I won't be back. Sad to see, used to be a great place to stay. I like the location of this hotel. A lot of things are close by.
Never will stay here Dirty . Lobby smelled like sewer . My room door did not fully shut and staff was absolutely rude Absolutely nothing
Disappointing There was no hot water to take a shower. The location was convenient for my plans.
Disappointed. This hotel is not an option moving forward The person that checked me in announced there is mo hot water & it won’t be available til tomorrow. The keys did not work on the 3rd floor room. Also, the representative advised the rooms for the advertised price are only on the 3rd floor. The main lobby was dirty & needed a paint job. Nothing
