Disappointed. This hotel is not an option moving forward The person that checked me in announced there is mo hot water & it won’t be available til tomorrow. The keys did not work on the 3rd floor room. Also, the representative advised the rooms for the advertised price are only on the 3rd floor. The main lobby was dirty & needed a paint job. Nothing
Should’ve slept in my car tbh🤷 This place is truly disgusting. Walls were dirty. Comforter on bed was so gross we couldn’t even use it. Mold on ceilings above shower and the shower itself looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The room and lobby both smelt like pee. It’s in a good location but absolutely disgusting.
One of the worst stays and my husband and I take many road trips. The exterior elevator was very dirty inside and out. Toilet seat broken, part missing. Breakfast was almost nonexistent. No fruit, no juice, 3 heels of bread, no cream cheese for bagel, etc. Many guests asked about breakfast supplies and staff just shrugged. Reasonable price.
One word. “horrible“ Were assigned room 210. We had traveled 12 hours from Idaho and just wanted to sleep. Right inside the door on the carpet, a huge 12 inch oil or some kind of grease stain as you walk into the room- welcomed us. The shower bathroom area were dirty. Black moldy grout between tiles. The phone did not work. The next morning, I asked for another room, they gave me a key #317- it turned out to be the supply room. Fair The breakfast was terrible. They barely had any food and when the coffee ran out, they didn’t have a backup. They had to brew more. The location was fine.

First time there I should have just stayed at motel 6 it probably been better option. They really need to up day pictures on website. Property was dirty they gave me a room on third floor said the elevators are at the back the elevators didn’t work had to carry three suitcases to third floor. Breakfast was awful the waffles tasted old. Nothing to drink just coffee.
