Worst hotel on our trip Ants and spiders in bathroom. Floors not clean. This building needs a face-lift or probably should be condemned. Location for our trip back.

the lady at the front desk was so unfriendly handed us our key when checking in not even telling us where our room was falling apart and dirty property was old and falling apart

Fair The hotel was very old. Our ceiling in the bedroom had a big water stain. It should have had fresh paint over it. The bathroom could have had fresh paint as there were spots that needed touching up to make it appear fresher. The toilet seat was broken and should have been replaced before we arrived. When we asked for a new toilet seat as ours was broken they replaced it the next day. They also gave us a lightbulb and fresh towels and soap when we asked.
Poor It was a very run down facility. The lobby smelled & not in a good way. There were no Lobby restrooms. The desk attendant did not do a good job of letting me know where the elevator was in relation to our 3 Rd floor room or the parking lot. The outlets by the table didn't work, so trying to find alternative outlets was difficult. The shower was very difficult to get a balance of hot vs cold water It was close to our destination.
We were excited to get away but when got to hotel n tried to enjoy our 1st night we got bed bugs. Very 1st night found out the beds had bed bugs Good location
