It was an OK stay. Unfortunately the bed was too soft and I had a very bad backache. And my room faces the traffic/ highway and I could not sleep well due to the noise. The breakfast was very minimal. The rooms were very clean

Disappointing The room was dirty.. didn't look like it's been vacuumed in a while, the bathroom looked and felt dirty, and there was dried make-up spots all over the vanity walls. Location

Fair The air conditioning in the room didn't work. The manager who checked us in was incredibly nice.

This location did not meet up to my expectations for what i paid. The bedding was not clean and looked like it hadn't been changed. The tub was dirty and I had to clean it myself to even want to get in it to shower. There was not even a fan in the bathroom. I liked how quick the check in was and how friendly the staff was. I also liked when I needed something, they were quick to help.

Pleasant One of two days no room service Shower water press fluctuating and goes hot to cold No frig or microwave I was double charged for the room. My credit card used to hold only was charged as well as another credit card that I asked the desk to charge it to. Caused me much grief as I had to cancell my original card and have my bank to deny the charge. This eas after explaining to desk person that I had been charged twice and she assured me it was corrected. It WAS NOT!! Location

Worked for the night but would not stay for an extended period. No hot water in our room, there was hair all over the bed we slept in, and insects in the bathroom. We were not on a ground floor, so it was very off-putting. Room was visually appealing, staff was friendly

Okay as a last resort, but won't stay here again. The room was a bit dirty around the edges and the water in the shower didn't function properly. The walls are thin and you can hear conversations of the neighboring room.

Fair Staff ignored me when I tried to check out, it is pet friendly, but the people next door left their pet locked in the hotel room and it barked for a long time.

Poor When my husband and I pulled in towarfd our room there were a lot of sketchy people waiting in their cars and people kept coming up to them and then getting out. It made me uncomfortable.
