Literally the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The electricity went off for 5-6 hours at night. No AC. No offers of flashlights or ANY explanation by staff. Not a "we are sorry". NOTHING! The noise from Rt 70 is really bad as well. DO NOT STAY HERE !! The staff was nice but clearly under trained

Very Poor
Overall disappointing stay. Will not be back. Overall feeling of property neglect. Basket for used pool towels was overflowing for 2 days. Lobby restroom was dirty. Garbage cans throughout property were overflowing. Power to hotel was lost for 6 hours Saturday night. No attempt to make anything comfortable and front desk indifferent to the point of being rude. We were refunded $25 but there was just no attempt to offer any explanation or extend any hospitality. Location was good for the wedding we were attending

Fair Holly at the Front Desk was candidly, horrible. When I arrived there was a sign at the desk indicating she would be back shortly as she was helping another guest. I heard chatting and started to say "hello" to let her know someone was at the Desk waiting. When she came to the lobby, she rudely said "Didn't you read the sign?" Really??? She might have said something like "Thank you for waiting-I'm sorry but I needed to help another guest." Really a poor representation. Poor This place is a dump. It’s old and they have done a few updates to make it look remodeled. The rooms smell dirty, the bathroom was tiny and dirty. There was no power for about 5 hours and the staff was no help. None of the emergency exit signs were lit and it was pitch black. Staff did nothing to help or inform guests. We had to use our phones to navigate the black hallways to find the desk to ask what was going on.
