Disappointing Pool was warm!

Good location and welcoming. Could have been better. Our room, a family member's room and other room observed had doors that did not automatically close and in fact only partially latched. We felt some insecurity about this. Reported it 2nd morn of four night stay and never fixed. One day room cleaned door left partially latched upon my return. Suspect it's issue system wide with particular latch. They could have at least alerted guests so could make sure door closed. Issue from. outside room as well as inside. The motel did... read more

Poor The exterior is in need of a deep clean and paint. I’ve never spent 199.00 and stayed at a hotel of this low quality. The young woman at check in was very kind and helpful.

Fair Tub was not that clean and was very small. Drain cover in tub did not function properly. Was not an "interior" facility. Did not expect an "exterior" facility Location

Okay I have heart and cancer issues so I made this reservation 8 months in advance to secure a ground floor room in the special request box! Got here and my room is on the 3rd floor! This is a total inconvenience to me as I have almost 300 pounds of gear to move in and out of the room twice every day of my stay! The front deck told me they don’t even look at what people request! In truth the rooms aren’t worth the daily fee they charge! Location was alright!

I would not stay at this location again. I would pay more and stay elsewhere We had to switch rooms once because the first room had a mildew smell. Second room was better but bathroom was not clean. It took us almost 30 minutes to check out. Front desk person was on a face time call or something at 430am when we left Location was good. Close to everything we were looking for
