Gross It wasn't clean or up to my standards, from when we got to the stairs to go up to our room from the moment we opened the room. Decided not to stay and got a refund Location
$113.00 For NO TV, NO ICE, TOILET DONT FLUSH, FRONT DESK LIED TO ME .Paid 113.00 dollars for a ground floor ,only to get there and have them tell me that they didn't have and ground floors available, but then later on in the evening , i went to get a toilet plunger because the toilet wouldn't flush and the lady at the front desk said maintenance already.left and all she could do was move me to the first floor!! Fair No frig, no microwave , no ice machine, air/heat fan ran constantly, wouldn't shut down Price was okay
Customer not to satisfaction The fact that the front desk lied to me, when I checked in and asked for a ground floor ,the lady told me that there were no more available, so she gave me one on the 2nd floor. Later that evening I went down to get a toilet plunger cause the toilet was plugged and the lady said maintenance went home for the day and didn't know where a plunger was , so she moved me rooms and the room she gave me was one on the first floor!! it was alright pool not able to be used, no fridge in room it was close to restaurants

Never ending trouble to get into the room. The card keys they gave us for the room almost never worked. They only worked once. The other time it worked we had to go to the desk to get the card reactivated. We were traveling with our 2.5 year old twins and we could not get into our room when we needed to to take care of our kids due to this key issue.
