Property Garbage bin facing our doorunder stairs in blocked off walkway with wall boards and yellow tape Carpet in room needs replacing spotted Location

It was not what we were expecting. The pictures were showing something else. The cleanness could have been better. People were smoking weed and making our room stink. Going outside to the car we didn’t feel safe because people were outside starring Breakfast was good. The location wasn’t as expected

Bad The lady at the front desk was rude! Did not tell me there was half power in the rooms until I almost paid for the night there. Refused cash. Was rushing me. The location I guess

Won't be back Exterior needs uplift. Color needs to be changed. Saw alot of rust espe on the hand rails. Lever for shower needs to be fixed. Hard to pull up to prime shower function. Water still coming out of faucet Rate

Wouldn’t book again Bad bag breakfast. Checking always very busy need additional help. Didn’t realize at booking I would have an outside room with an extremely long walk to front. Did mind no room cleaning but when trying to get extra towels etc had to wait very long because the front desk person was fast and good but she needed extra help due to the circumstances. Should have already restarted hot breakfast by now Rooms were clean and comfortable

Be better and RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE The fact they don’t put details on the site about payments options! I got told with a lot of attitude about a policy about my card that I was never informed about even though I had called this property THREE TIMES and was told by the staff that my card was okay and good to go.. got to the property and had a crying fit because the lady at the front desk wouldn’t let use my card and told it was a policy BUT AGAIN I WAS NEVER TOLD THAT POLICY WHEN I CALLED THREE TIMES AND ASKED!!!! I apologize if you called and spoke to someone at our property directly and were told that we took your PayPal reload card. Unfortunately, this card is not a credit card as stated that is needed on the website.
