Disappointing It’s NOTHING like the pictures. Wifi went out, saw cockroaches, shower head had rust, no iron and the pool was green, looked like it had lime. Nothing
The website totally different from the onsite view. We arrived at the hotel approx. 5:30 p.m on 7/29/21 and the manager was arguing with a customer about her stay at the hotel and could not locate her reservations. Another employee was yelling with someone over by the coffee pot area. Then all of a sudden a Spanish tall man walked in talking loud and totally unprofessional walking behind the counter as if he was a family member or a good friend of the owners and retrieve a cold drink and told them he was good for it. Disappointing No towels. Waited 3 hours for towels. Person that brought towels was very disturbed about working overtime

The room smelled like dog pee. The ac barely worked, so we had to buy a fan. To get rid of the dog pee smell, we bought The uncleanliness. The dog pee smell. The ac barely works. The rooms have a smart tv. The bed is pretty comfortable.
Bad There was a hole in the door, a blood stain on the bed sheet, used toilet paper roll, the AC was hot and it was set to 60. Just a terrible experience. Nothing, it was very disappointing and we are from out of town so we expected it to be a nice stay.

Bad The bed had bed bugs and the tubs was dirty and I filthy and the towel was absolutely filthy. The maid came and half clean the towel still dirty and the room smelled bad I would never recommend spending your money here . Horrible I want a refund
