Bad Everything Nothing
Not clean Just all around cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities weren’t upkept: there was a steady leak from the sink that lead to our clothes getting soaked and the walls had holes in them. The property got the job done, we were able to sleep for the night and had a bed.
Appearances are deceiving. Worst place ever! When booking the reservation it said breakfast was served, but there was only some fruit, some cereal and milk. There weren't even napkins available. We stayed in two double rooms and they never left enough towels. We found bed bugs in one of the rooms, which bit two small children. I asked for non smoking rooms and both smelled like marijuana. They didn't care when I told them we found bed bugs. When they did do room service they didn't sweep or vacuum the floors. Worst place eve... read more
No pudimos estar tranquilos en el lugar La tarjeta para abrir la puerta nunca nos funcionaba. Ofrecen desayunos y pone fotos de wafles y demás y de eso no hay nada ni panecillos. Los empleados, en especial el del turno de la noche, no tienen ni idea de nada, a cada pregunta su respuesta fue: “NO SÉ” La piscina no funcionó. Bad Everything besides the staff was poo cheese!!
Disappointing There were spots of blood from the bedroom walls to the bathroom door strip. The carpet was soaked and smelled funky upon arrival to the hotel room.

Mala Instalaciones, mucha gente sucia hospedada ahí, pésimo desayuno Desayuno súper mal, nunca desayunamos ahí. Solo había leche y cereal viejo
Bad Sheets are old (with holes from burnt cig). Carpets not vacuumed well. Room smells like pot no matter how many times sprayed with perfume. Bathroom with molds. Bathroom door broken. No fridge. No iron. No coffee maker. Please update your hotel. Poorly run. Receptionist was helpful.
