Good price. Photos were deceiving, bad crowd Bad location, breakfast wasn’t available at 10 when we woke up
Disappointing Room was not clean at all... including the left over feces on the bathroom floor. We called and someone came and cleaned floor. Also there’s a lot of suspect traffic around this hotel. Not a good stay with children, I believe and based on weekly rates a lot of individuals live in this hotel. Price
Disappointing!!! I didn't like the fact that the room wasn't cleaned. The beds were made but, the linens weren't clean. The carpet was not vacuumed, the floor had dead bugs on it, the bathroom and counters weren't clean. We called the front office and were asked to wait five minutes for a return call. |Instead, in 20 minutes, we got a knock on the door from a person who we assumed to be a manager. Horrible I booked this room for my family traveling for my hs graduation, it was a very bad experience . Sheer curtains so the people walking by was able to see inside room, the water filled in the tub very quick . There was no complimentary breakfast even though it was advertised on site . Has potential We needed adjoined rooms traveling with 5 kids so I called before booking to confirm availability. They said yes they did. Booked and arrived at property and when checking in I was told they had ZERO adjoining rooms so i asked for rooms next door to one another. The woman at the desk barely looked at or spoke to me as she was checking me in. Instead she carried on her intense conversation on her cell while ignoring the constant ringing hotel phone.
