Okay Not being able to get the room that was booked and confirmed for me when I arrived after pushing my broken down vehicle 2 miles to get to the la Quinta location my reservations were being held at. Super disappointed and will .ake sure that this dosnt get further more reported to other supervisor, I lived with yall for 4 months during Harvey , thought I would be welcome back with open arms , instead I slept outside . How helpful the front desk was.

Poor The location is horrible and the hotel it self looks as if it's gotten new material and furniture...but the rooms are poor and the overall appearance of the hotel is so old and needs major updating. The staff was welcoming

Just was a night stay The breakfast room was hot , no fridge in the room , no towels out by the pool but yet your room has barely enough to shower once. Really I liked I was able to sleep

This stay was OK. In the first unit, the A/C was very loud. Moved second unit, the toilet whistled when it was flushed and the neighbors were noisy most of the night. Location

Checked out after about 45 min and 2 rooms... The rooms smelled very moldy. We had to checkout be cause the the smell was making my pregnant daughter sick. Updated rooms
