VERY DISAPOINTED The Website said there was a pool . Nope !!! Closed and dirty The Grounds around the Facility were very dirty and garbage piled up everywhere . Garbage cans were over flowing and ice machine was filthy . The metal stairs were rusted and falling apart ....Huge Safety Issue ... The manager was not helpful . There was not a continental breakfast as advertised . Inside the room was not to bad and the air conditioner was cold . The bed was comfortable and clean . I just could not get past the outside being so fil... read more

Not the best Water was so cold to take showers and wouldn’t get warm or hot. The room floors weren’t vacuumed or clean, there was crumbs and dirt all over the room and especially the corners The restrooms weren’t that clean, there was hairs on the bathtub and yellow stains. Their microwaves and fridge weren’t clean, there was mold in the fridge. Their ice machine by the lobby wasn’t working. It had comfortable beds

Horrible. Never again. We booked a room with two queen beds and was told all they had was doubles! That is NOT what i paid for. They told me to request a discount from Booking.com and they would approve it. There was mold on the building inside. Roaches crawling on the desk and NO coffee pot in room and no breakfast! My 6 ft 2 in husband had to sleep on that tiny bed with feet hanging off while my daughter and I huddled together in the other bed. We did not sleep well at all! Nothing!

Coffee is available in the Lobby 24/7 and in-room coffee is available upon request due to health safety concerns. Disappointing They only received reservations for one room instead of two. I did get another room but then she only booked it for one night instead of two. I got one room that reeked of cigarette smoke. I was charged for something extra that I still can’t figure out what it is. They keep saying it’s something my bank is doing. I’m forced to call corporate on them. The room was clean but that’s all I can say about it.

Our stay was disappointing. Beds were very comfortable, room service for day one was excellent. Room service for day two was non-existent. When I inquired about it at the front desk, I was told "they must have just not gotten to it". Front desk was ambivalent about it. The facility did not meet expectations except for the room service the first night.

We moved hotel rooms that's how horrible it was We called ahead of time make sure everything was working and good. When we got there the pool was closed till June the staff said. Nothing!

We are sorry your stay did not meet expectations. We are unable to open the pool because we are waiting for an inspector from the city to issue our permit, which we have been told they won't be able to send until June. Until then we cannot open the swimming pool.

Felt like a motel. Looked like a motel, the pictures dont do it justice. It doesnt feel like a traditional hotel. Clean.
