Very Poor Got two rooms both set of room keys didn't work. Had to move to different rooms. The other room only had 2 twin beds and not the 2 queen . The room smell like wet dog. The other room had little Curly hairs on the bathroom shower and toilet seat. The was not worth the booking of the room. Because of covid it was grab and go. In August the pool looked dirty and not healthy. Ice machines had no ice. Let the staff know that I would like to talk with a manager but was never contacted. Room was given away before I was able to return. Staff lied and grace my room away after telling they would hold my reservation. We’ll never recommend this hotel in Laporte. Nothing
Tratamos de estar en el alojamiento lo menos posible debido al mal olor a cigarro y humedad y calor. Olía mucho a cigarro y se supone que era non-smoking. Quemaduras de cigarros en la bañera. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba. La alfombra estaba mojada alrededor del aire acondicionado y la puerta. Fácil acceso al freeway.
Wow just wow First room we were assigned we walked in and had no electricity and the room was flooded . We were quickly assigned another room but after driving all day we were quick to find a pillow . When we woke up we were surprised to see the light switches broken , holes patches behind doors , the stairwell leading up to our room was closed off as stairs were falling off . Bad Stairs going to room was broken, room smelled like mold, floor was wet, no hot water lukewarm, and the room had bed bugs, pool wasn’t open . We was in the room for less than 30 minutes then left found another place to stay which was 1000 times better Manager was friendly
Bad Dirty pool was closed no towels were available Nothing
Disappointing No handicapped room was provided although I booked one. The Room smelled of cigarettes smoke.and we aren’t smokers. No breakfast available although I was told breakfast was “takeout “ we stayed two nights Friday to Sunday morning. Sunday morning I was told there was no food until Monday.
Deprimente Nada, ya está viejo y huele feo Ya está muy viejo, huele feo, y dice que tiene desayuno y la alberca y no es verdad, ya hasta que llegamos nos dicen que no está abierta la alberca ni el desayuno, también las toallas están limitadas, no lo recomiendo y tampoco regreso!
