Very unprofessional owner- general manager I had no hot water at all. I could not take a shower. A woman claiming to be the owner finally called me back after two calls to the hotel after I left. She said when she checked the room 5 hours later there was plenty of hot water. Well duh!!!. She said I just didn't know how to turn on a faucet. Really? So very unprofessional. I will never stay there again!!! The girl that checked me in was sweet. That's about it.

Bad Everything Every time we left our room & came back our key didn't work it was very frustrating walking up to our room on the second floor & walking to our room & the key not working every time then to have to walk back down (3 times btw) to go get a front desk clerk to come rekey the room every time...beds were not comfortable & 2 small for 2 people to sleep comfortably
