For the conditions I would have expected a lower rate Hotel under construction, small tv and ants in room
Bad Location, very noisy. Hotel under construction, noisy. Dirty and old, room smelled. Nothing
Poor Never said in the reviews the hotel was under remodel. Light rail construction could have been mentioned also.
Bad Front desk accusations that cig smoke was coming from our room and lied by saying we were the only resident on the floor when there was many rooms filled. So I even brought her to the room when she tried to charge me 250 and proved I didn't smoke and there was no smell. Then we go to out car and everytire is slashed.. The other staff
It was ok. Under construction. Remodeling. Beds were really soft. Location was good. Building was clean.
Was not comfortable and did not meet expectations. 1. construction workers looking into the window 2. Banging on the door by worker on second day despite having 2 days scheduled on booking.com 3. No microwave in the room 4. "Breakfast Buffet" was a hard boiled egg and a protein bar Im fond of the pool facilities and the registration system.
Clean and adequate, but no bells and whistles. The location was under construction and the “pillow top” mattress was less of a perk than advertised— I could feel all the springs. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and I appreciated the social distancing measures taken.
