Fair The pools and hot tub we're not available. They should take it off their list as available instead of having people find out after they already book it. Prices were reasonable, and rooms were okay.
Disappointing The carpet was wet and the pool was down under construction
Never again TV didnt work. Room smells
Very Poor It was 107 degrees that day and the water in my shower was scolding hot both days. Front desk said noone else had that problem and that there was nothing she could do for me, that she'd just have to tell maintenance the next morning. I asked if someone could just at least come look at it maybe a part of the faucet was loose? I didn't know but no one ever came to check. So it was 107 and I could not shower once. Poor Construction work all night long at location. Unable to stay asleep . Plus didn't receive my deposit back yet.
Disappointing There was a very small refrigerator and no microwave
Fair They advertised breakfast but failed to say it was brown bag. The place is under some type of construction.. so it wasn’t the cleanest. Room was clean beds were comfortable
Fair Last night of stay in hotel. The is a fire smell coming through AC vent and fire trucks sirens nervy. We call the front desk to see how close the fire was and the person at desk said they were too busy to answer our question and to call back tomorrow. It is the hotel worker’s job to make sure that all of the people staying there are out of harms way and kept informed if the event of o real fire happens, not to say that they don’t have time to answer our question. Cannot reccomend. Much better value in Seattle and other areas. NOISE everywhere, construction around hotel outside rooms, and everywhere across street - building bridge throughout the night. Beds ok, but pillows were horrible. room showed lots of wear and tear, did not feel comfortable. no laundry facilities - under construction. Should have been told about all construction and lack of amenities prior to arrival. Really cannot reccommend this hotel. We left and found another hotel 2 days into a 10 day trip.
