Disappointing The bed was broken
Bad We booked this room because it was close to the airport, offered a shuttle And advertised free breakfast. No free breakfast or airport shuttle. And when I talked with the front desk was told no discount
Disappointing The rooms were not up to date, furniture, and desk has large scratches and didn’t look good. Mini fridge had not been cleaned and smelled bad. Very loud with workers in the outside of the building.
Nope. The sheets were either falling apart, or were washed with a bunch of towels! They were quite bumpy with loose pilling everywhere. See pictures. Even after brushing well, with a clothes brush. I had to put on sweat pants to sleep! I wanted to post 2 pictures: 1) A picture of what the sheets looked like after brushing them (better, but still bumpy) 2) A photo of under my pillow. Disgusting! We Will Never Book here!! We were quoted one price and charged another we have contacted our lawyer. We HATED THIS PLACE
Wish I stayed elsewhere Building is under extensive construction, work was very loud and started very early.

Construction My first room not only had loud neighbors with children that were up past 11pm, but also near the stairwell where construction started at 8am. It was overwhelmingly noisy with banging and tools that made vibrating noise on the concrete. By the afternoon, I couldn’t handle it and called the front desk to ask for a room away from the construction.
