Bad The staff was inattentive, and we left 2 days early and still got charged despite numerous times messaging, calling, and speaking in person. No one seems to clean this hotel. Disgusting. There were insects all over the room which is why we left early. I didn’t like anything.

El peor hotel de mi vida Desde un principio la experiencia fue lo peor. Ya la recepción nos dió muy mal aspecto, y nos atendían con muy malos modos. Pedimos ver la habitación antes y a regañadientes nos lo permitieron. Al ver el antro, pedimos pagar solo una noche porque no queríamos quedarnos allí pero era un poco tarde y la zona desaconsejable, sobre todo por la noche, pero no nos dejaron. Preis/Leistung sehr schlecht!! Was hätte besser sein können? Vieles! Das Zimmer war sehr unsauber, als ob gar nicht gereinigt wurde - auf dem Boden war Dreck, die Toilette und Dusche war voller Haare, die Fenster wurden seit Monaten nicht sauber gemacht. Die Lage des Zimmers war schlecht - im Keller gelegen, damit sehr dunkel. Das einzige vorhandene Fenster war klein, zur Hälfte mit der Klimaanlage bedeckt, wie bereits erwähnt sehr dreckig und auf Höhe der direkt davor geparkten Autos gelegen.
