regular no nos gusto que en 7 días solo le hicieron un día aseo a la habitación. pedimos varias veces que nos hicieran aseo y llegábamos a la habitación y estaba igual. en recepción nunca había nadie. mal servicio y si es costoso solo nos gusto la ubicación, estaba cerca a una estación de metro. a dos cuadras queda un restaurante Latino con buenos precios y comida muy deli. súper recomendado

DO NOT stay here the TVs didn’t work, the elevator didn’t work, the a/c in the hallways didn’t work, the towels were musty and sweaty, the room had bed bugs and they wouldn’t change us rooms and the linens had blood stains on them and there is no breakfast as advertised and the closet had no hangers location was nice especially to the subway

EL hotel pudo haber arruinado mis vacaciones. 1-Que no ofrecieran el desayuno. 2-Que informe con 24 horas de anticipación que iba a cancelar la noche del sábado. Despúes que me dijeron que estaba bien (que no habia problemas. Me cambiaron la versión; y me dijeron que lo tenia que hacer por Booking.com. el sábado a las 11:00 am.
