Bad This place was so dirty , I’ve stayed at lots of hotels the walls , chairs and the bathroom cleanest awful !

Very Poor Not enough parking and what I stated above. They don't have the breakfast anymore and the gym is closed. We had to have someone open our room every time we got back to the hotel because the machine to make the keys wasn't working. They should've call someone to fix it.

The most disgusting place that I have ever stayed in my life, by a mile. No accountability. Our key cards immediately didn’t work, and the receptionist said he saw us struggling on the cameras and came to unlock our door; he did not offer new key cards or another room or even try to fix it. do not stay here. it was absolutely disgusting in our room and overall all over the hotel. broken furniture, dried up pee around the toilet, broken hairdryer falling off the broken tiles of the bathroom. mirrors were just plain dirty, the “sofa bed” was broken and hard. “cleaning staff” didn’t want to give us extra pillows and insisted that we used their dirty old decorative pillows. no. underneaths the “day bed” had crumbs and garbage from probably years like it’s never been cleaned up before. no microwave in room, no coffe... read more
