Honestly, it was a horrible experience from the lack of sanitation, safety and not being compliant. It was terrible to try and find because its sign wasn't on and wasn't working. The room was in horrible shape and in poor conditions. The headrest was damaged, the phone line wasn't connected and wasn't repairable, urine and hair were in the bathroom and it was obvious it had not been cleaned in a very long time. Bad The person who had the nightshift had a terrible attitude and the room was dirty and had mole in the bathroom the bathroom was just terrible in general and the towels smelled terrible if the hotel was cleaner the hotel would get more publicity and People to come I love how everything was so close to the hotel

Very Poor Es wurde in 6 Tagen nur 1x das Zimmer gereinigt. Dann war das Personal bei Fragen immer unfreundlich. Wir würden das Hotel nicht empfehlen. Die Lage zur nächsten Metro Station.

Bad hotel, no worth the money. The first and most important thing is neither booking nor the hotel was clear about the no breakfast because of the COVID. Definitely, this is a major thing when you are choosing a hotel for your family trip!!. Even worse, I asked to the hotel several times before my arrival date thru the booking app and didn't get any response. The location was good enough but I think you can get better options closer to Manhattan. I like I was able to pay cash.
