Horrible I stood at this hotel because my cousin booked here and it was my first time in NY. Had I read the reviews I would have never stood here. Tried calling the hotel for about two days before my arrival. No one ever picked up the phone. I asked for a non smoking room the room I got smelled like cigarettes so bad. The window of my room led to the front of the outside of the building there were people handing out all night. My window didn’t even lock. I was so scared the my first night I couldn’t sleep. una estadía de engaños muchas fotos en bellas en Booking.com y no es lo que te prometen el personal muy no era amable presencié discusiones con personas que no les dan jabón y shampoo. todo tenía hongo en el baño y paredes muy feo muy sucio . es muy sucio para el precio es robarle a las personas . nada
