Do Not Stay Here! Room was dirty, sheets didn't look like they had been changed, card key didn't work, bathroom light turned on at random times by itself, no wash cloths, loud guests all hours of the day and night, had to park on the street.

MALA ! pésimo servicio de parte del personal, el baño súper sucio . el lugar es céntrico y cómodo .
horrible. if we were able to find other accommodations we would have left the same day . bed bugs, roaches, we stayed for 5 nights we had no housekeeping. we repeatedly had to beg for fresh towels. mind you they never picked up the dirty towels that remain on the bathroom floor. sink and shower water drips constantly. the room smell of mildew. sheet had blood stain and make up , we purchased our own sheets. location
Misfortune. The shower did not work. The bathroom fan was faulty and noisy all the time. Location
Bad Room was small, bathroom got clogged, the hot water had a brownish color, it tasted like lead, towels had yellow spots on them, took them to reception and they just gave us "clean towels" They won't take your bags if you get there early. You have to wait for an available room. People leave garbage out of rooms because they don't trust room service. The beds had different mattresses and blankets. Very bad The location to the train
By far was the worst hotel I stayed in my life. It was dark room, completely dirt (even cotton swabs thrown around the room), stained towels, dirty bedding, old blankets, clogged bathtub (we had to shower in another room)... it was a nightmare for my family. Luckily, we arrived late at night in the room, slept and left early in the morning. Terrible. Never again. My elder parents needed to bring your items to the 2nd floor to get to the elevator. The room was never cleaned. There was no batteries in the tv remote. The shower was broken. No phones in room. Front Desk was repeatedly asked to address the room issues and we got a smile but no results. The neighboring rooms were partying overnight. The parking lot was filled with garbage. After all this my parents checked out 3 days early. Nothing
