thanks god only one night i couldnt stand to expend another night there first the guy at the front desk took my holding fee in cash and at the end suppose that payment was for the room meanwhile it was taking from my card already, room has no closets, no remote control for tv also walks dirty on top house keeping keep knocking several times and want to clean the room regardless i told her im leaving in an hour in conclusion horrible experience
very uncomfortable beds and the money I paid is not worth the service and comfort we got during our 6 nights stay one staff is not helpful, Milap. toilet bowl and sink is clogged in room 527 bed springs is felt while lying down, the bed is sagging it gives a feeling that you are sinking while lying down this is in room 408 where we were transfered after we complained room 527. corridors of the fourth floor is stinking( smells like somebody urinated in the carpet). carpets of the room is dirty looks like it is not being clean... read more
Very bad. I did not liked anything about property, room was dirty shower didn’t have hot water. front desk person was the handyman frond desk person cleaning person. And for safety room did not have smoke detectors which its a high alarm how can you leave a room without smoke detectors. The only thing i liked about property it was location.

Very Poor Todo sucio, muy caro para el servicio Nada, pesimo, olor a marihuana las tarjetas de las puertas no sirven, el baño la ducha estan malas, las camas pesimas las almohadas peor, lo unico bueno el parqueo
Muy regular No hacían aseo en la habitación durante la estadía y los otros huéspedes muy ruidosos No tienen desayuno la ubicación buena
not satisfied . with this Covid and no one is cleaning not even taking out garbage is not recommended for ithers. not clean and no supplies only the location
