Fair They have to improve the cleaning and maintenance of the rooms (dirty carpet and furniture)the water stagnated in the tub and it seems that they only clean where the guests walk.I'm not talking about wanting a luxury hotel for that price but the minimum is cleanliness no breakfast available due to covid. Location is good, convenient ,the train is across the street the hotel is fair for the price

THEY HAVE BED BUGS....NOT SAFE!!!! ATT: DO NOT STAY HERE THEY HAVE BES BUGS!!!! i have know reason to lie i stayed there on 5/14/20 on room 410. There Was BIG read bed bugs my husband got bit up. Nothing really the staff is cool they just dont care the cleaning people are very unclear how to clean.
Disappointing Nunca fueron a limpiar la habitación sino cuando ya me tocaba irme. Tenía el desayuno incluído en el precio y cuando llegué me dijeron que no estaba incluido. La ubicación del hotel era muy buena, podía ir a donde quisiera ya sea caminando o en el tren.

Hospedaje regular. El personal muy descomedido, se les pedía un favor y nunca podían ayudar. No reciben paquetes para los huéspedes. Las habitaciones totalmente sucias, había una cafetera empolvada que no se pudo usar porque no tenían cafés, azúcar ni aguas aromáticas disponibles. En el mueble donde está la televisión de la misma manera empolvada, la alfombra sin aspirar. Pedimos prestada la aspiradora para nosotras mismas limpiar, la ducha tenía hongos en la tina. Fair Location is ok. Parking lot can only fit maybe 12 vehicles and by the time I head back at night time. It was already all fill up so I have no choice to park my car on the street. The toilet in my room didn't flush properly. It's good if you only staying for one night because of the price.
