Poor When we got there the staff was very rude, we had a five night stay and the housekeeper didnt even pass by once. When we told them we needed the housekeeper because we needed toiletries and had alot of garbage, they got really upset and hostile explaining with a rude tone that "no cleaning!" They said it was because of covid and that they had to protect us by not letting the housekeeper in so that she couldnt infect us. Those were their exact words. Bad I didn’t like the fact that I was put into a non smoking room and all I smelled was cigarettes and marijuana in my room coming from other units I ended my stay a day early and I’m still being charged for the full stay. There was brown gunk in the toilet sesame seeds all over the chair and seat and greasy finger prints all over the place. The only thing good was close to transportation and McDonald’s across the street.

Poor Ужасный номер, сломанные ручки на мебели, сантехника. Грязная кофеварка. И вообще такое чувство, что давно в номере не убирали пыль с коврового покрытия. Единственный плюс это близость к метро
