Never again. Disaster. First, when I walk in into the hotel, there was no one in the check-in. A lady came a few minutes later and said ( wait here, I'm coming back, she took from the office a plastic wrap and left me there). The room was so bad; the bedsheets looked previously used, the bathroom was not clean, the mirror had a huge crack, the toilet was not clean, the shower was not working, and Mold was everywhere. Mala experiencia Las habitaciones sucias, no cambian las sábanas, no aspiran la alfombra, no desempolvan, el personal poco amable. No reciben paquetes para los invitados. La ubicación.
Very Poor Very over priced for the quality you receive. There was broken/damaged/stained furniture in the room, some of the lights didn’t work, linens were dirty, shower’s drain was blocked so water would collect while taking a shower, no room service to clean your room (at least they didn’t come once during my stay).

Never again!! Real bad Horrible. I really expected more from a place by Wyndam but this one blew my mind in a very bad way. They charge you for the breakfast "included " and they NEVER opened the cafeteria in three days, the room smelled like sweat and heat, the carpet had weird stains. The fridge had old rotten food the maids never checked. We had to open the windows so the stink in the room could get out. They seemed not to care about the cleanliness and sanitation in that place. Staff attitude matters Staff attitudes, Had to carry luggage one level up by step no elevator access from reception. Had to assist another guest with same problem. Hair in bath and room. Staff just didn't care either way and were mostly nonchalant. I would not like to go there again.Cheers Location and eateries around property. Close to train stop.
Servicio Horrible El servicio pésimo Limpieza pobre Localización
No room service There was no room service so within our 3 nights there we accumulated so much trash and so did the hallways. The refrigerator in our room didn’t work. I like how the rooms were set up and the location. We requested towels and got more towels. The air conditioner got cold enough for us.
