muy acogedor el lugar nada todo
Disappointing
Very Poor Anybody can have access to the pool. Locals would come in groups just to swim. Staff members would have his family and friends there drinking and being belligerent. All night long shady men would be outside drinking and partying. While walking to my car, men were leaning up against it and arguing with each other.1 evening I guess a fight was so bad about 8 cop cars showed up.

Poor Well they put down the name of deluxe on Room that's is just a normal small room with queen beds bathroom are so small I guess they don't now the meaning of a deluxe room Has a safety security on area for the parking lot

Muy sucio y pésima atención del personal A la mañana siguiente que llegamos, nos dimos cuenta que una toalla y las sábanas estaban sucias, las reportamos y no las cambiaron, estuvimos 3 días y nunca hicieron el aseo en la habitación. Se descompuso la cerradura de la puerta, como no lo pudieron arreglar nos cambiaron de habitación, pero a la que nos cambiaron, olía muy feo, cómo a letrina. Tenía buena ubicación.

Poor Booked for $117 after tax and property charged $140 and booked till noon and starting at 8am every hour house keeping knocked on door about checking out and made me leave hour early at 11am. It was a clean nice hotel

Fair They told us they only clean every 3 days because of covid but we were there for 4 days and they only went in to take out the trash, they didn't sweep or make the beds plus we were missing things. Nothing of value, though, but still frustrating. Very close to grocery stores and restaurants
