My first evening I arrived someone was trying to get into my room and was shaking my door. The staff was unhelpful and found dirty spots throughout my room.

Disappointing
Could be better stay Strong musty smell, sink clogged when asked to fix was told to do it ourselves with plunger, still food in refrigerator that smelled, under sink there was trash, breakfast was till 8am on weekends! They should extend the time. Other hotels would do it till 10. Should improve! front desk staff was nice, location, comfy bed

Will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. I got BED BUG BITES all over my lower part of both of my legs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was HOT in the room when we entered and it took a while for it to cool off. Nothing.

Fair The beds were advertised as Queen but were full size and they squeaked every time someone moved. Having 2 restless kids made for a long night. Breakfast was only served until 8:30.

For 2 kids on 1 double bed should be fine, 2 adults not recommended. But we do have king bed room, also rooms with accessible doors for big family. Poor Cleanliness was not great. The toilet had dried feces on the outside of the bowl. The room smelled like urine and burnt plastics. The carpet was wet. The AC was not cold. Not worth the almost $300 for ONE night. Location was nice and convenient.

Tolerable for one night Our room smelled musty and damp. The room didn’t cool down so it was difficult to sleep. Also, the mattresses were very firm, even beyond my preference. We were looking forward to breakfast and arrived an hour before the scheduled end time, however the hot food items were gone and were not replenished.
