Comfort during Holidays 1st room heater was too loud. Not enough towels and the elevator was unavailable on Christmas. Which was an inconvenience...bad knees and back. House keeping wasn't available on 25th of December. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful. Gave more towels & pillows.

Exceptional It was clean, and the decorations were awesome, it was welcoming. It was homey, y’all did an amazing job decorating! Everyone’s attitude was pleasant! I hope y’all do something special for your employees this holiday! Merry Christmas!

Be more courteous I booked the room over a month ago prior to arrival. We had booked a handicap room because my wife is in a wheelchair and our experience has been that typical rooms have been too close to access the bathroom properly. A representative from the hotel called me the day before our arrival and reported that we couldn’t have the room for the days we booked because it wasn’t available on Sunday.
