Exceptional There is nothing I didn’t like about the property. The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorative, and the staff was super friendly.

Exceptional It was clean, and the decorations were awesome, it was welcoming. It was homey, y’all did an amazing job decorating! Everyone’s attitude was pleasant! I hope y’all do something special for your employees this holiday! Merry Christmas!

Be more courteous I booked the room over a month ago prior to arrival. We had booked a handicap room because my wife is in a wheelchair and our experience has been that typical rooms have been too close to access the bathroom properly. A representative from the hotel called me the day before our arrival and reported that we couldn’t have the room for the days we booked because it wasn’t available on Sunday. She informed me that because our handicap request was made as a note on the original reservation and not as part of the... read more
