Nice hotel, comfortable, good staff The shuttle was not working both when I was leaving and when I was returning from the airport. Very inconvenient! Property was near airport and comfortable

Exceptional The broken grate with the cones to get in parking lot. That needs to blocked all together. And last 2 times. Shuttle unavailable. Either short a driver, broken down or not one available so I feel the hotel should reimburse Lyft/Uber rides. I spoke to hotel clos to 11 pm night before in ref: to shuttle and all was good till I arrived the next day and it wasn't available to or from our flight. I always stay here when flying in or out of Austin. It's comfortable, friendly staff.
