Exceptional The broken grate with the cones to get in parking lot. That needs to blocked all together. And last 2 times. Shuttle unavailable. Either short a driver, broken down or not one available so I feel the hotel should reimburse Lyft/Uber rides. I spoke to hotel clos to 11 pm night before in ref: to shuttle and all was good till I arrived the next day and it wasn't available to or from our flight. I always stay here when flying in or out of Austin. It's comfortable, friendly staff.

Overall okay stay Front desk staff was not very welcoming Easy to get to.. restaurants in the vicinity.. room was good size and clean!
