Nice place
Recommend to stay elsewhere. Thought we booked 2 queen bed room but ended up being 2 double beds which seem very small. Not the best night of sleep. Room not very clean. Bathroom door very noisy and hard to close.
Customer service was unfriendly at check in and there was no soap in the room.

Room was nice, bed comfortable. Desk help Lady named Loan: hard to understand her. She did call for us a taxi, though. Morning personal we’re too busy on their phones to give a damn if we actually got a taxi. Excuses, excuses. Very Very disappointing that hotel no longer offers shuttle to airport. We will most likely not stay here again.

And, while multiple members of our staff, including myself, reached out to the cab company on your behalf we remain at their peril. Once we realized there may be an issue with the cab being on time, we offered to assist in ordering an Uber or Lyft, but this option was declined. Again, we appreciate your feedback and hope you will provide us another opportunity to serve you in the future.
Checked in late and left really early. Room was comfortable. Clock on bed table showed incorrect time (off by10 minutes.)
