Hotel appears to be an older property (which is fine). However, attempts to update the hotel is lacking and the job done was poorly done. Mattress was uncomfortable. Would definitely not stay there again.

The room and facilities were nice. Good location. The AC unit was rather loud, though.

The only thing I could find wrong is that the TV channels did not match up with the stations but everything else was great the Wi-Fi worked well hot water was very quick air conditioning and heating worked well the room was clean elevators worked overall it is a great property for the value of it especially in Austin I will definitely recommend staying there again

The doors were not secure. Anyone can walk in to the building without a key code even though it was clearly marked you had to have a key to enter. The door to the room did not work very well. Had to use the key 4 times before it would unlock and then the handle did not want to turn all the way. Felt unsafe.

The room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. I was disappointed that the ice machine was out, pool was not operating which is ok even though we was disappointed I can get pass that, but the one thing I really was not happy about was the window air conditioner smelled moldy or like cat urine after turning the air down. I’m was on high and cold when I walked it and didn’t smell at first. We got settled and went to dinner nearby and when we got back the room smelled so I turned the air back up.
