Thank you for staying with us, Jessie! So many different preferences for firm or soft mattresses/pillows. During renovations we replaced all of our mattresses with pillow tops. Although we wish you would have like it more, we hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay!

great stay, will stay here again The entrance is kinda weird/small, looks like an elevator entrance, the doors for the restrooms are also fold in doors on both sides, I don't know if they lock. Also uber doesn't like the pick up location, be very careful you get the ping location right. Clean, rooms and common area's recently renovated, has a waffle maker at the breakfast, very spacious. Very clean, and excellent value for the price, I paid more for the comfort in .1 miles away and this was just a much better accomidation

Ótimo hotel! Tudo muito bom. Apenas faço o comentário que seria interessante o hotel ter uma balança para pesagem das malas. É um item barato, mas que dá muita comodidade aos viajantes, principalmente aqueles que usam avião. O quarto é muito confortável, com ótimo serviço de limpeza.
