Airport hotel I stayed in room 217 and I have done it in the same room several times and the carpet is broken, it is in bad condition, the TV does not work, the internet, I let them know so they could help me, the maintenance man said it was normal for the internet not to work well. The location is great, as are the facilities.

Horrible The bathtub were horrible I would have liked to soaked in the bath after moving to Florida from Waco in Austin being my destination for my flight to Florida. The bathtub didn't look like I wanted to take a bath in it, it needs a new paint job. I chose a hotel that had free shuttle to the airport and called to make sure they said yes not mentioning it was Broke down. Even when I checked in they had no sign saying It was Broke down at that time, which was a big inconvenience for me 3 days to exact. I had to take a ube... read more

Frustraçao pela indisponibilidade da piscina O hotel nao disponibiliza piscina como esta divulgado no site Sem controle remoto para o ar condicionado Pequeno alomoco muito fraco, com "alimentos" predominantemente processados. Apenas 1 tipo de fruta disponivel Achei o quarto amplo e bem higienizado. Banheiro limpo e toalhas bem brancas e macias.

Disappointing Pool was empty. Fire alarm went off for hours. Had to leave. Smoking area was nice.
improve services in general . really bad I had to wait an hour and 20 minutes for the shuttle bus to pick me up. On the day of my check-out, I requested the shuttle service to the airport, but it was not available. I was never informed about this, which caused me to miss my flight.
