near airport old and really could use some work nearby airport and shuttle
Probably won't be back to that location and I've used it several times. 1. Needed to stay a 3rd night and they increased the rate 20% on that night. 2. The facility hallways were dirty.

Exceptional We stay the night before and the night after we travel. Makes our trip easier on us. The transfer to and from is very accommodating.
Broken bathroom sink Sink in bathroom was broken. Problems with door card had to give us a different room. Shower had cracks. Air conditioner went out in the middle of the night. Strong wifi
Dirty It was dirty, A/C was very dirty, the bed was very soft The location
Fair The front desk guy was very nice when I checked in. OOPS, I reversed the 2 answers Very much in need of updating and repairs. Outside doors are very scetchy (don’t close all the way and lock coming from parking lot). Also was pretty concerned the elevator might actually break down while we were in it. Fresh bananas or oranges or apples would be nice with breakfast for people to grab on the go that don’t or can’t eat the processed “hot breakfast”.
Disappointing The restrooms were dirty, with hair stuck to the walls. During the three days we stayed there, we never received room service. The shower water was consistently too hot, the pool was empty, and the elevator was out of order most of the time. Nothing.
The bed and room was nice but, I will never stay there again. I booked the hotel with a pool. The pool was broken and I was told that it has been broken for months. If I would have known that the pool was broken I would have booked somewhere else. The website should let people know if hotel’s facilities are not available. Also the elevators felt like they were going to brake every time we got on them. The free breakfast was not good with powder eggs, greasy sausage, and rotten apples. The staff were nice.
