Find another hotel. Bathroom had too much mildew. Breakfast menu very minimal. beds were comfortable.
Fair The room did not include a small refrigerator, the bathroom door was a French door that would not stay shut, was louder then expected. For the price you are paying for location. I don't think I would stay there again with family. Location to the Airport is excellent. Access to downtown Austin is also good.

Wonderful The only thing that bothered us is that we couldn't change the temperature of the air conditioner (in the room 506). We could just turn it on and off. When the conditioner was on it was too cold when the conditioner was off we had no fresh air and the windows down't open. Location is great just 5-10 minutes from the airport by the shuttle provided by the hotel. The rooms are clean and nice. Exceptional
Last stay. Didn't have reservation made through bookings.com. Failed to give requested wake up call. No breakfast. Great location to get to airport for early departure.
Pleasant Staff did not have a room ready at 6:30pm and there was a reservation. They said that they were still cleaning and it will take like another hour. Well apparently they were short of the cleaning crew. Not an excuse specially that we traveled all day with a 4 month old baby. Location
