Pleasant When I asked for extra pillows, the chic at the front desk said no over the phone. I then went to the desk where she continued to say it was policy that all unused rooms remain fully stocked even the ones being unused because they are being remodeled/new tubs being put in. Luckily a nice older man came to the desk and said he would check housekeeping for me. He came back with 2 pillows. Room was fine. Seemed remodeled.

Exceptional This is my third stay at this La Quinta and I am always pleased. The service is always pleasant, and the staff is always very help. The location is close the venue.
