No one at desk when trying to check-in, waited for awhile…never cleaned our room, called for towels and stated they had no staff do we had to go grab them. Breakfast wasn’t out by 6:00 am as stated so didn’t eat cause we had to go.
Great place to sleep a few hours prior to an early flight. Would have given it the 5 stars if check-in wouldn't have taken nearly 30 minutes (the front desk person handled the long line well and always with a smile).
Muy amables todos , fui rápidamente a austin y me ayudaron a encontrar transporte y las habitaciones esta limpias , pero el desayuno es algo que podrian mejorar
