Minor repairs needed in our room.
Room service should be more cooperative with the needs of the guests. Towels should not have been retrieved from the front desk since there was no instruction to do so at check in.
I enjoyed free parking. Walming distance to a 24hr resturant. Staff were friendly and check in was fast. The only thing that needs an upgrade is the elevator. It felt like it was gonna fall when you got to your designated floor.
Perfect area to stay to go to a concert in COTA the staff was very nice, checked us in early the room was good had a great view of Austin my only complaint is they was the bathtub it just looked old and it was a bit clogged they gave us an accessibility room instead of the standard which has a nicer shower. But for the price it wasn’t a big deal

I hope someday the card key entry to the north side entrance/exit of the building. I've stayed over 3× since last month ,,,, and Everytime the card key device isn't functioning. So please get if fixed. What's the point of having easy access/additional entrances or exits if they're not working properly. Sincerely, Debbie MW
Everything was great, only complaint is the bathroom doors, no locks on them. And why double doors? But over all didn’t ruin the experience. Staff was friendly and provided great service.
Liked the aesthetic Disliked the under staffing Breakfast wasn’t very good either. No meat products at all and fruit options were very minimal
