No Hot Water!!! There was no hot water. Had to take cold showers in 40 degree weather. Unacceptable!!! A room was available to rent.

Meh. The kitchen didn't seem to have a vent fan for their stove. Smoke/cooking odors could be smelled on the second floor where I was staying. My clothes were saturated with the smell after each breakfast. The pillows were TERRIBLE. I didn't sleep a solid hour the first night and ended up going to Walmart at 4 AM to get a firmer pillow. The sheets' fabric were not 100% cotton and caused a LOT of static electricity. They were not pleasant. There was mold in the bathroom. Finally, the elevator was out. Okay I felt like the pictures and the reservation were bigger than what we recieved. And my room was cancelled even though I paid for 2 nights . It was convienent for where we needed to be.

Good Beware: if you pay cash for the room, they ask for a $100 cash deposit in addition to the room rate! This alone will keep me from ever going back. I said that wasn’t stated when I booked the room. Told me it was in the “fine print”. It was clean and the security was very good.
Kitchen staff will go over an beyond. No curfew or any way for us to get rest. We had noisy neighbors dint get no sleep. Breakfast was the best thing in this hotel. The kitchen staff are the best out off the counter people.
