I thought the stay was just ok. Too much construction. There was no separate sitting area, the TV was too small and not on a pivot (could not adjust), the tub is too small to soak in it properly. The fact there was a fridge and microwave. The construction gave entire hotel & rooms a funky smell. Candles did not help. The closet door was still wet w/ paint. No posted sign for wet paint.
Overpriced.
I had made reservations a month early for ADA room none available upon arrival Everything Nothing
Horrible I am in a wheel chair and had made early reservations to cover this requirement upon arrival none available. I even called 2 hour before arrival and was told the room was held for my stay. IT WAS’Nt Not a lot
It was ok. The long wait to enter the room due to system isssues and we pre order online after a long drive coming to the hotel. System was down over an hr. We could not check in when we got there. We left and came back system still down. The assistant allowed us to still enter the room at this point because we pre order the room online the night before.
Disappointing
Never stay at this hotel The clerk Jennifer is a liar..the bathrooms waa horrible...shower stopped up and the sink has stains all over it..not a good place to stay at ... Very nice looking on the outside..but the inside the rooms are terrible
Everything was ok except the disgusting water and getting woke up very early in the morning. We got a call from the hotel at 2:45 in the morning asking if we drove a red f-150. We also were woken up early by a vacuum in the room next door, and when we tries to shower in the morning first the water didn't turn on and then when it did it looked gross and not clean. (It was blackish coming out of the sink and brownish coming out of the shower) Bed was comfy and room was clean.
