Dirty sheets where dirty and not change with my stay never again I will get this place or recommend My sheets where not clean the first day I arrive second day they did the cleaning we weren’t there came back late sheets where the same ones dirty from the same place I got pictures I don’t recommend it its a dirty place
Not happy The room were clean and comfortable. The breakfast need more choices. But the staff at the counter had a bad actitud toward me and my friends, they offer to shuttle us to the event we were going but at the end one of the guy (young tall man that was at the counter specially on Saturday morning ) He refuse to take us just because we were only two. Poor Desk clerk was extremely rude!! Room smelled really bad

A bug night There were some bugs flying around in the room when we went to sleep the bugs started biting everyone the next morning they were kind enough to change our room. The room was fairly clean
Disappointing Looked like the hotel needed renovating. The oatmeal was not cooked and had an inch of water on the top. No decaf tea. No variety of cereal. Elevator was dirty. the bed was very comfortable and the room clean. Staff were friendly
They did not keep our reservation I made reservations weeks in advance and called the night of arrival to inform that we would be arriving late for our 3 night stay and they still did not save our Executive King Suite. And then acted like I was inconveniencing them the next day for us to move all our stuff to the room that we were supposed to have in the first place. not pleased Check in was very uncomfortable-requested 1st floor room when I booked it,but @ checkin no 1s1st floor room available.
